The Soundside Dress is a charming pattern that offers a blend of classic elegance and delicate details, perfect for creating a timeless piece. The bodice features pintucks, which add texture and refinement to the design, giving the garment an elevated look while the Peter Pan style collar gives the piece a vintage-inspired feel. The neckline is finished with a Hong Kong finish. The dress and blouse button up the front. But not to worry, if you don’t want to do buttonholes, use snaps or hook and loop tape. Not sure about pintucks, you can leave them off. But really, they are a nice touch and take the dress up a level. You can even leave off the flutter sleeves for a sleeveless version.

The pattern is gathered at the waist and offers three length options: above the knee, below the knee, and maxi, allowing you to tailor the dress to your style and the occasion. 

The Soundside Blouse has all the details of the dress with a curved hem that flatters her shape.

   • Fabric – ¼ yard for blouse
   • 4 buttons, ¼” size
   • Snaps or hook & loop tape for behind snaps if not doing buttonholes
