Flower Crown 16-20" Doll Accessories

An easy to make Flower Crown adds the finishing touch to your doll’s outfit. Perhaps a flower crown for a beautiful bride or for her bridesmaids? Perchance she is a woodland fairy with a crown of wildflowers. Or maybe she’s a 60’s flower girl, or even a medieval princess. Whatever the special occasion might be, a flower crown will enhance your girl's ensemble.  
This is a great project for 8-12 year olds. So gather together your flowers, lace, ribbons and more. The variations are endless so let your imagination run wild!

This easy no-sew PDF crafting pattern is designed to fit most 16-20" dolls such as American Girl®, Kidz N Cats®, and A Girl For All Time®. 

Supplies Needed:
-Hot glue
-Wire cutters
-Silk flowers
-Satin ribbon (optional)
-Tulle (optional)
-Anything else you wish to use to decorate your crown

For wire based crown:
-Wire 16 or 18 gauge (can be found in the jewelry making dept.)
-Floral wire green 24 gauge (optional)
-Floral tape green

For twine based:
-Twine green
-Floral wire green 24 gauge
