Christening Gown 15" Baby Doll Clothes Pattern

So sweet and lovely, this beautiful Christening Gown features dainty pintucks on the front bodice with side pleats for added fullness. The short puff sleeves are gathered to the arm band using a Hong Kong finish. The long skirt has optional pintucks and inserted lace around the bottom. The bodice yoke is lined with an attached slip. Lace is added to the hem of the slip and peeks out below the dress. The pattern also includes instructions for an easy to make Bonnet. The back closure directions call for hook and loop tape, but snaps or buttons can easily be substituted.
Create a Christening Gown in Batiste or Rayon for a soft, delicate version. Use a cotton or cotton blend for a younger child. Even a colorful print version is loved by little ones playing with their dolls.

This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 15" dolls such as Bitty Baby®.
